Case study: MoNiPtoR
Together with a health-device company, we are building MoNiPtoR: a framework that connects health products to a complete digital service. Its mobile app serves four roles (beneficiary, family member, caregiver and supervisor), and the role names can be changed for other businesses, such as sports products. Data from Bluetooth devices is processed on the phone and the server, and configurable thresholds raise alerts by email, SMS, app notification and recorded calls.
A web app serves OEMs, sellers and partners, with service, inventory, procurement and sales management (RFQs, purchase orders, invoices and payments) and downloadable reports. Secure login, encrypted data transfer and role-based access are built in throughout.
